I learned how to pattern a strapless dress. I used Ankara fabric for the corset. One mistake that I made with this garment was not basting stitching the edge of the corset to prevent it from stretching.

I learned how to make a slip dress. We draped the fabric on the dress form and marked out the pattern on the fabric. We traced the fabric pattern to pattern paper. We tried the pattern paper cut the garment and sewed it.
